Document Description
In 2002 and 2008, respectively, the spheres of influence of Woodland and Davis were modified by the Yolo County Local Agency Formation Commission (or LAFCO). The LAFCO completed a MND for the change in Davis's sphere of influence. The General Plan FEIR was used by the Yolo County LAFCO to study the change in Woodland's sphere of influence. The environmental effects of Application 30358 were studied in the March 2007, Davis-Woodland Water Supply Project EIR SCH# 2006042175. In its role as Responsible Agency under the CEQA, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWB) relied on these three documents to determine whether the project had impacts to resources within the State Water Board's purview.
