Document Description
South Sutter Water District (SSWD) filed a temporary urgency change petition on 3-29-2022 with the State Water Resources Control Board to transfer up to 6,897 acre-feet of water pursuant to WC section 1435 under water right License 11118. SSWD proposes to transfer the water from 4-15-2022 to 8-31-2022 to Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency to provide an urgent surface water supply to meet critical municipal health and safety needs and industrial for Woodland and Davis, and UCD.
