Document Description
In 2007 the City of Davis certified the EIR for the Davis-Woodland Water Supply Project. Since certification of the EIR in 2007, the City has identified the need for a new transmission pipeline between Well 30 in the City of Davis and the Surface Water Transmission Pipeline that would allow for blending of existing water supplies to improve the taste of the City’s drinking water and associated improvements to the Well 30 site to provide adequate access to the proposed staging area. The project modifications covered in this Addendum include construction of a transmission pipeline—approximately 1 mile long—within existing roadways (primarily along West Covell Boulevard and Lake Boulevard) and improvements to the Well 30 site including fill, vegetation removal, and a fire access road.
