In order to provide a reliable water supply during the diversion prohibition in the State Water Resources Control Board's Standard Permit Term 91 is in effect, the City of West Sacramento would conduct a one-time scale of water supplies (up to 2.0 thousand acre-feet) to the Project Partners during the period of November 1 through December 31, 2018.
