Document Description
On February 12, 2016, the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency (WDCWA) filed Temporary Urgency Change Petitions (TUCPs) for its Permit 20281 and Licenses 90A and 5487A with the Division of Water Rights (Division). With the TUCPs, WDCWA requests the Division temporarily allow continued operation of Reclamation District 2035"s (RD 2035) existing diversion on the Sacramento River and use of temporary pumping facilities on RD 2035's Main Canal while completing testing of the WDCWA/RD 2035 new screened diversion intake structure. WDCWA will only utilize the existing diversion if testing of the new diversion necessitates a temporary shut-down of the facility.
