On February 12, 2016, the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency (WDCWA) filed Temporary Urgency Change Petitions (TUCPs) for its Permit 20281 and Licenses 90A and 5487A with the Division of Water Rights (Division)(. With the TUCPs, WDCWA requests the Division allow the installation and operation of temporary pumping facilities on Reclamation District 2035's (RD 2035) Main Canal that will be used for WDCWA's water supply during the interim period of time between completion of WDCWA's new water treatment plant and the completion of construction of WDCWA's and RD 2035's new joint permanent screened intake/diversion structure on the Sacramento River.
