Clipper Yacht Harbor's proposed remodel would reconfigure the docks, provide for the installation of larger berths, and reduce the overall number of berths from 143 to a new, larger dock and walkway configuration containing 95 berths. Dredging would be required. The project would include 26,700 square feet of new floating docks and walkways, 64 new piles, and 96 cubic yards of new bay fill.
