Document Description
The ERTS facility is generally open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. ERTS truck, recyclers, and contractors will mainly use this facility; and the public will only be allowed to use on a case-by-case basis, and only if their loads have acceptable materials and have been appropriately sorted. This facility will not be the ultimate disposal site for any hazardous materials; however, this ERTS facility will be used for the following: Storage of backup route trucks and parts; Storage, sorting, binding/crushing, and transferring of scrap metal; Storage of green waste and woody debris over 48 hours, chipping, grinding, mixing, and transferring; Concrete, Demolition and Inerts (CD&I) storage, processing, and transferring of the construction materials.
