Document Description
East Bay Municipal Utility District proposes to implement the Richmond Advanced Recycled Expansion Water Project involving construction and operation of a recycled water treatment plant within the Chevron Richmond Refinery. The secondary treated wastewater from EBMUD's existing North Richmond Water Reclamation Plant would be treated at the proposed WTP to produce up to 4 million gallons of recycled water per day for use as a boiler makeup water in the refinery.
