Document Description
The proposed project consists of dismantling and removing the aboveground floors of the BART's Lake Merritt Administration (LMA) Building for the purpose of seismic safety, as the building was determined to be "at-risk" in the event of a large magnitude earthquake. The project also includes reconfiguration of access provisions and certain building services for the belowground portion of the current facility, which will remain following dismantling of the aboveground structure.
