Document Description
A modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit, Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit. The original permit allowed the construction of a 120 ft tall monopole support structure with several microwave antennas and dishes mounted at various elevations on the pole including a 120 sf prefabricated equipment building. The Modification will collocate new antennas on the existing 120 ft tall tower and construct a related ground based equipment building on new 10' x 20' concrete pad. The project for T-Mobile will install new antennas and microwave dish at the 100 ft elevation. No increase to the height is required. The site area will be within the existing 50' x 50' leased area which is fenced and gated. Access to the site will be via an existing access road off of Hilton Road. A Special Permit is required for Design Review.
