Document Description
The Project is limited to mining a maximum of 350k tons of gravel from Bars S-8, S-9 and S-13, all within the Alexander Valley reach of the Russian River (River Mile 52-54). Gravel bars S-8 and S-9 are located immediately upstream and downstream of teh Hwy 128 Geyersville Bridge, respectively, 38.712537N, 122. 895183W. Bar S-13 is located approx. 2 miles upstream of the Geyersville Bridge and is accessed from private roads off Geyersville Ave. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0017-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jim Syar of Syar Industries, Inc.
