Document Description
The project sponsor proposes to construct a new development consisting of 98 residential units and 46 live/work unit. The proposal also sets aside area to accommodate a 9,000 square-foot commercial building to be constructed at a future date. The new residential units would be single-family homes located on small lots ranging primarily in size from approximately 1,200 to 1,300 square feet of lot area. The new live/work units would be located in the southern portion of the site along 22nd Avenue. All of the proposed units-both residential and live/work - would be for sale at market rates. The site is currently occupied by a complex of commercial/industrial buildings. All of the existing buildings and uses on the site would be removed by the project.
