Proposal to replace a concrete at-grade stream crossing with a bridge over Soquel Creek. The proposed bridge is 120 feet long and will pass the 100-year flood event. The primary purpose is to facilitate fish passage for endangered species, however, the project will also provide more reliable access to the residential parcels east of the creek. Requires a grading permit, Riparian Exception, Biotic Report Review and Engineering Report Review.
