The proposed Plumas Street Improvements project would include removing the existing street and sidewalk pavement, installation of new roadway and sidewalk pavement, landscaped medians (Bridge Street to "B" Street), and landscaping on both sides of the roadway. These improvements would extend from edge of building to edge of building, but would not impact the building structures themselves. The project would also include utility upgrades within the existing roadways.
