Document Description
Planned Development Rezoning for a mixed-use building 15,560 square feet of retail, 223 residential units (186 high-rise and 37 low and mid-rise units), and 464 parking spaces, (292 residential spaces, 172 commercial spaces) on the project site. The building elements range from approximately 48 feet to 253 feet in height. All vehicular ingress and egress to the development will occur on the southern portion of the property off South Second Street.
