Document Description
The project will occur on a 20.9 acre parcel in the City of Vacaville, Solano County. A street address is 7019 Browns Valley Road, located west of the intersection of Browns Valley Road and Shelton Lane. The project will develop 16.9 acres of the site to 40 detached residential lots and infrastructure improvements. An approximately 2.1 acre Stream Conservation Area will be created around the remaining stream channel in the northern portion of the parcel, and an approximately 1.9 acre storm water detention basin in the south-east portion of the parcel will be constructed. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0149-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Trece Herder with Standard Pacific Homes.
