Document Description
A parcel map subdivision to divide an approximately 19.3 acre parcel into a five acre parcel and a 14.3 acre remainder. The parcel is currently developed with a single story residence with attached 2-car garage, a second dwelling unit, a workshop, a 2-car garage, and a barn. The subdivision will place all existing structures on the proposed Remainder. No trees are proposed to be removed. No new development is proposed at this time. A Special Permit is requested for a reduction of the wetland buffer to accommodate the future construction of a single family residence and associated appurtenances on proposed Parcel 1, as well as SMA reduction for road widening along Finch Creek. An exception is requested to the County Fire Safe Regulations for the width of the road. The parcels are or will be served by on-site water and on-site sewage disposal systems.
