Document Description
The construction of the residential development will include the installation of associated utility connections and roadwork alterations (turn lanes) from Oasis Road and Gold Hills Drive. Project activities will require vegetation removal, excavation, grading, paving and general site development to allow for the construction of residential units, driveways, roads, stormwater and utility installations, and landscaping. The Project will permanently impact 0.13 acre of aquatic resources consisting of seasonal wetland swales and ephemeral and intermittent drainages. The Project will involve a jack and bore method for routing utilities below Dry Gulch Creek Ditch, located in the south Project boundary; no direct impacts to this water feature are anticipated.
