The license agreement would provide temporary access rights to a small portion of APN 098-330-004 to assist in the construction of curb and gutter. The Transfer of Jurisdiction Agreement would permit the relocation of a telephone pole and guy anchor on Assessor Parcel Number 098-173-003 as the current location interfered with a new water quality improvements being constructed as part of the Placer 89 EIP.
