The project includes the installation of a fish screen facility to include multiple self-cleaning cylindrical fish screens, fencing, control panel and electrical boxes, and a section of new pipe to connect the fish screens' pipe manifold to the existing Alameda Creek Pipeline No. 1 diversion pipe. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-0027-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Shaver/Alameda County Water District.
