The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0212-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Department of Water Resources. DWR proposes to remove the experimental fish passage facility constructed in the Yolo Basin Toe Drain in 2003. Activities include the removal of 20 vertical steel 'H' piles, 40 steel plates, and 2 boat ramps.
