Document Description
The proposed project will involve the exchange of land owned by Westlands, under the terms and conditions of the non-irrigation covenant, for land owned by an adjacent District landowner. Westlands will also sell other adjacent land to a private landowner, however, this land will be sold "as-is" and subject to the non-irrigation covenant. The project area is in the vicinity of Five Points in western Fresno County.
