The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Southern California Edison. The applicant proposes the installation of a corrugated metal pipe culvert and compacted road bed to connect two (2) access roads along the Cal-Cement-Monolith-Windparks transmission route.
