The proposed project would include construction of the following facilities: Substation Two (500/220/66-kV capacities); Substation One, (500/220/66-kV capacities); 9.6 miles of 220-kV transmission line between Substations Two and One; 25.6 miles of 500-kV transmission line between Substation One and the existing Antelope Substation; 21.2 miles of 500-kV transmission line between Antelope Substation and the existing Vincent Substation; 0.5 mile of 220-kV transmission line connecting to Vincent Substation.
