Document Description
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to reconstruct 2.6 miles of the northbound lanes of State Route 41 from Hanford-Armona Road to north of Grangeville Boulevard in Kings County, (Postmile R42.1 to R44.7). The proposed project would resurface the northbound lanes, widen the shoulders, straighten the existing alignment, raise segments of the roadbed grade, and relocate utilities.
