The proposed project consists of amending the specific plan, zone changes, lot merger/parcel map and residential development on the Bitterwater/Chestnut Site (Bitterwater Road at Metz Road), and residential and commercial development on the Jayne Street Site and adjacent parcel (Jayne Street at Pearl Street). Specific plan height limit would increase from 41 feet to 51 feet in select locations.
