The project proposes to convert a largely agricultural land area into a mixed-use urban neighborhood. Proposed land uses include single and multi-family residential units, live-work and work-live units, commercial office and retail space, and public open space and recreation areas. Implementation of the project would convert the entire project site to a land use designation of Planned Development and a zone of PD (Planned Development), with the Specific Plan controlling the form and location of development on the site.
