The Tribes' respective requests for Fee-to-Trust transfers of 48 +/- total acres, the respective requests for a "Two-Part Determination" relevant to their fee-to-trust applications, and the National Indian Gaming Commission's eventual review and approval of the Tribes' management contracts are collectively referred to as the "Proposed Action." The Proposed Action is a prerequisite to the Tribes' plans to use the 48 +/- acres for Class III gaming.
