Document Description
The applicant proposes to develop a retail commercial project of approximately 523,000 sq. ft. The project would consist of six (6) major retail structures composed of approximately 419,000 sq. ft. +\- and may include a home improvement center and an upscale discount retailer both with garden centers. The retail center will also include 4 shops and 8 pads for retail/commercial development which may include drive-through restaurants, a drive-through bank, and a gas station with an automatic car wash. One or more alcoholic beverage establishments may be developed. Off-site road improvements and drainage facilities are planned.
