Document Description
The proposed project would require a zoning ordinance amendment (ZOA) to amend the provisions of Specific Development No. 8 to create a third project area (Area III) that would allow the development of 20,154 square feet of retail and food uses on the project site. Three parcels will be consolidated into one and three new buildings will be constructed on the site. Site Plan Review (SPR) approval would be required because the project is located in a specific development zone (SD-8). Access to the project is from Brookhollow Drive via Grand or Warner Avenue.
