The City of Hesperia proposes to revitalize and develop the 10,640-acre Main Street and I-15 Freeway corridors pursuant to the proposed Specific Plan with a range of uses including industrial, commercial, civic, institutional, residential, mixed-use, and parks/open space. The Specific Plan establishes a development framework for the Main Street and Freeway corridors and provides for development and improvements along these two corridors to help realize the community's vision for the area to the year 2030 planning horizon.
