Document Description
The Camino Real Business Park Specific Plan would replace the current zoning of a portion of the property and provide the framework, guidelines, standards, and regulations for orderly phased development over a number of years. Maintaining consistency with the City of Oxnard 2020 General Plan, especially in terms of land use and intensity, the proposed land uses consist of approximately 675,000 square feet of industrial business park space. The development would include 18 to 20 concrete tilt-up buildings. The anticipated building occupancy is approximately 15% office and 85% manufacturing/warehouse. A portion of the site fronting Camino Avenue will continue to be zoned BRP, with the majority of the site rezoned to M1 (Light Manufacturing).
