CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0302-R5) to the project applicant, City of Carlsbad. The project will permanently impact 0.50 acre of Agua Hedionda Creek through routine vegetation management and maintenance. Of the 0.50 acre that will be permanently impacted, 0.47 acre is riparian willow forest and 0.03 acre is willow riparian scrub.
