Document Description
For construction of 1,907,079 square feet of distribution warehousing in two buildings on 90 acres at the northwest corner of Morgan Street and Perris Blvd., General Plan Amendment 05-0491 will change 18 acres designated Community Commercial to LI, and Zone Change 05-0492 will convert the site from A-1/Interim Designation to LI in conformance with the General Plan. Agricultural Diminishment 06-0197 will cancel the current Land Conservation (Williamson Act) contract.
