Document Description
The project is a Master Plan for the University of La Verne, outlining a program to upgrade the University's existing facilities and provide new facilities. Build-out of the Master Plan is expected to result in a net increase of approximately 50,700 square feet of building area, approximately 50 additional dormitory beds, and additional parking. The project also includes an amendment to the Lordsburg Specific Plan to increase the height limitations within the Institutional district from 35 feet to 54 feet.
