Document Description
The Planada Community Services District proposes to upgrade and expand their wastewater treatment plant capacity from 0.53 to 0.75 mgd. The project would also implement a new disposal method. Effluent disposal would consist of evaporation and agricultural reclamation. The current practice of treated effluent discharge to Miles Creek would terminate.
