The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Covelop, Inc., represented by Damien Mavis. The applicant proposes to install a culvert outfall with rock slope protection in the banks of Arroyo Grande Creek to convey runoff from the proposed Cherry Creek Development.
