Document Description
The proposed project involves a Tentative Subdivision Map for 13 single-family residential lots on approximately 3.98 acres of land within the City of Escondido. A Grading Exemption is requested for a fill slope up to approximately 12 feet in height within the southern area of the Avenue, and along the western boundary of Bernardo Avenue. A Zone Change from existing R-1-20 (Single-Family Residential, 20,000 sf min. lot size) zoning to R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential), 10,000 sf min. lot size) zoning also is requested.
