The proposed project consists of the temporary relocation (while the construction of permanent facilities is completed), of the CUSD District Offices (approximately 9,500 sq. ft.), Maintenance and Operations (M&O) facility (approximately 1,000 sq. ft.) and Palm Academy (continuation high school, approximately 1,000 sq. ft.) from their current location on D Street just north of 6th Street to other CUSD sites.
