Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the allocation and assignment of up to 24,623 sf of restoration credit and 3,305 sf of land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to the Brockway Summit Water Quality Improvement Project where the landowner will construct 7 new sets of sedimentation and infiltration basins at the outlets of existing culverts along with 4 new chemically-enhanced detention basins (CEDB). The assignment of restoration credit and transfer of land coverage enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in sensitive land-class areas or high capability land class areas.
