Document Description
The A-Plus Materials Recycling proposed project would use portable, self-contained, ready-mix plant installed on the project site. Portland Cement delivered to the Port via ship would be used to manufacture new concrete and the plant would use 2-3 conveyors to transport material brought to the site into hoppers to be processed into ready-mix concrete at the Port of Stockton's East Complex.
