Replace the two existing outlet gates with a single 4'x5' gate, installation of an access door, ladder, and a new motor operator. Also, patching of exposed areas of concrete in the outlet tunnel will be performed. Installation of a temporary trashrack and pipe plug will be installed to maintain dry working conditions.
