Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0235-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Griffin Communities. The applicant proposes to construct a 77-acre single family residential development consisting of up to 276 single family residential homes. The scope of work will include fill being impacted in the streambed, modification of the slope, a paseo that will be planted with desert willow scrub and a concrete side slope above the ordinary high water mark.
