Document Description
The Pirates' Den building is an historic structure located at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds. It is used for guest housing by the concessionaire, Delaware North Park Services. Currently rain that falls upon the roof is gathered from two roof faces and concentrated above each doorway. The resultant cascade of rainfall splashes on the ground below the roofline which then stains and damages the wood doors and wood shingle siding.
