Alter the streambed by removing the existing concrete Arizona crossing, and replacing it with a reinforced concrete box culvert with warped wingwalls. The area consists of oak woodland, and the road way leads to several residences on a hillside. The creek is seasonal, and there is a debris basin located about 300 feet upstream.
