Alter the streambed to make repairs for the 2005 storm season. (a) PM 26.65 (Sisar Creek)-- Reconstruct the bank (slope) and concrete rock slope protection; No work in the active low flow stream. The Operator proposes to remove approximately 12 trees (1-Black Cottonwood, 4-CA Black Walnuts, 5-Coast Live Oak, 3-Mexican Elderberry) in order to reconstruct rock slope protection on Sisar Creek.
