Document Description
Widen State Route 16 for a two-way left-turn land between Hedge Avenue and Mayhew Drive, and to upgrade shoulders to 1.2 meters (3.9 feet) in same area. Propose paved access/driveways upgraded and paved to state right-of-way limits, modify existing drainage facilities to accommodate work, entire roadway overlaid with new asphalt concrete, and where needed, replace utilities. All work in state right-of-way.
