Project consists of the sale and transfer of 171 square feet of Class 1-3 restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel on which a double-wide driveway for an existing single family residence will be constructed. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in Class 1, 2, or 3 areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
