Document Description
Issue a permanent public transit facilities (light rail & bus) easement to the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board (MTDB) as required by a May 1993 Joint Powers Agreement between DPR and MTDB for the Old Town Transit Center and Park Access Project to allow the MTDB and their contractors access across Old Town San Diego State Historic Park property for the purpose of providing a public transportation light rail extension alignment. The easement will be approximately 2.86 acres.
